1. Who controls your information
Abdulaziz Suhail Al Ghamdi Company manages this website, contracts with the listed hotels and lodges, and handles part of their bookings. For a booking, the company and the booked property use your information to provide the stay and meet their legal duties.
2. Information we collect
We collect the details you provide, including name, telephone number, email, nationality, booking dates, room choices, guest names, special requests, company-booking details and messages. At the property we may record identification details, payments, invoices, check-in and check-out activity, and service notes needed to run the stay.
We also receive limited technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, language, approximate country, security events and pages used. Payment providers send us transaction references and payment status; we do not need to store full card numbers.
3. Why we use it
We use information to quote and manage bookings, take or reconcile payment, communicate confirmations and service messages, verify identity, support guests, prevent fraud and abuse, keep financial and operational records, improve our services, and comply with Saudi legal, tax, security and accommodation requirements.
4. Who receives it
Access is limited to authorised head-office and property staff who need it for their work. We may share only what is needed with payment, email, hosting, security and technology providers; a company arranging a company booking; professional advisers; and government or law-enforcement authorities where required. We do not sell personal information.
Some service providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, we use the safeguards required for the transfer and limit the information to the service being provided.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking, invoice and payment records for the period required by Saudi law and legitimate accounting needs. Security logs and unsuccessful enquiries are kept for a shorter period unless needed to investigate an incident. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.
6. Security and your choices
We use access controls, encryption, logging, backups and staff permissions to protect information. No service can promise absolute security, but suspected incidents are investigated and handled under applicable requirements.
Subject to Saudi law, you may ask to access, correct or obtain information about your personal data, and may ask for deletion or restriction where the law allows it. You may withdraw optional communications at any time. A request may require identity verification so information is not disclosed to the wrong person.
7. Cookies, children and changes
The site uses necessary storage for language, country, security and booking continuity. Optional analytics, if introduced, will be described and controlled separately. Bookings for minors must be made and supervised by an adult; we do not knowingly invite children to create accounts.
We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The current version and its date are published here. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent through the Contact page.
Seasonal prices
Prices may vary by season, property and stay dates. The final price is shown before confirmation. A confirmed booking’s price changes only when you request a change and accept the new price.
